Flyability has released the latest version of its powerful Inspector software, Inspector 4.0. This new version adds support for the recently announced Elios 3 and introduces a number of new features and improvements.
Without the right management solution, acting on raw drone data can be a real challenge, leading to approximative reporting, uncertain decisions, and eventually resulting in sub-optimal maintenance operations. Inspector 4.0 gives you a precise view of what’s happening inside your assets so your team can act quickly in just the right place.
Distance measurement in the 3D Viewer
Whether you're looking at a dense point cloud captured with Elios 3 or a sparse point cloud processed with Inspector out of Elios 2 footages, you can now measure distances and areas directly on the point cloud in the 3D Viewer.
Navigation to any point of the trajectory
When looking at a flight in the 3D Viewer, you may want to see the footage corresponding to any point of your flight. It is now possible to click anywhere on the drone's trajectory (not just the Points of Interest) and immediately get the corresponding footage displayed in the video player.
Download now
Inspector 4.0 can be downloaded right now via Flyability's website. Inspector 4.0 can be downloaded free of charge for everyone.
The mapping and localisation features are available for free to all Elios 3 users as the mapping and localisation are performed by the drone itself during flight time. For Elios 2 users, it requires the purchase of an Inspector Premium license to create maps of inspection using the mapping algorithm embedded in Inspector.
