Do I need a ReOC license or BVLOS approval to get HubT on my site?
HubT does NOT require a ReOC license or BVLOS approval if you’ve opted for our Managed Flight Services. Operating HubT yourself requires a ReOC license and BVLOS approval when operating beyond a visual line of sight.
How do I get HubT to my site?
HubT is a flexible solution that requires tailored installation for each customer. Our team will evaluate the install location and your existing infrastructure and work with you to get HubT up and running for your team. Get in touch to find out more.
Is HubT available outside Australia?
Yes. HubT is patented and our team is working through international supply chain logistics to scale HubT supply globally. If you are interested in working with us, get in touch.
How do I apply for BVLOS certification?
To receive a BVLOS certification first requires your business to get a ReOC licence and have RePL-certified pilots. Please find out more about the BVLOS certification process in our blog post.
Do I need any licenses or certifications to install and use HubT?
There may be specialist trades required to install HubT on your site (electrician, etc) depending on the configuration you desire.
Do I need to download any third-party apps or software to access captured mission data?
HubT is supported by our proprietary software suite, Curo. This software platform is a one-stop shop for all functions and features of HubT and flight operations, including data delivery.
Where is HubT manufactured?
HubT’s hardware is manufactured through an extensive global supply chain and assembled in our HQ in Sydney, Australia. HubT’s software is developed locally in Australia.
Do I need to have an external connection to internet and power?
HubT can be tailored to meet your networking and power needs. HubT can be configured to be the sole source of network connectivity or to integrate into your existing IT network and supply backup networking connectivity. HubT does not provide any means of primary electrical power and is reliant on customer-supplied power. However, it can be configured to include a UPS (uninterruptable power supply) to provide a backup power supply during the event of a blackout.
Do I have 24/7 remote access to my HubT system?
Yes, HubT is always connected to the internet, giving you access to the system around the clock as required.
