What is HubX?
HubX is a fully integrated, off-grid, turn-key solution specifically designed for remote and rugged environments. Mounted on a 4WD-capable trailer, HubX is engineered for Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) operations, enabling seamless and continuous drone deployments in the harshest conditions.
The HubX system offer several operational benefits for Aptella’s clients, including:

HubX flies through another milestone
The delivery of HubX follows the success of our Western Australia HubX demonstration days we co-hosted with Aptella, where we showcased the platform’s ability to enhance operational efficiency and safety. This delivery is the culmination of over two years of development, backed by extensive testing across 25,000 kilometres of harsh Australian terrain.
HubX is built to replace manual processes, boosting productivity and improving safety. Its BVLOS-ready capabilities reduce risks by keeping personnel out of hazardous areas and eliminate inefficiencies like unnecessary site travel to and across large sites.
Aptella’s RPAS Business Development Manager Gavin Docherty highlighted the transformative potential of HubX for their client’s operations. Following this delivery, we'll co-host public demonstration days with Aptella along the east coast of Australia and in South Australia. These events will allow potential customers to experience HubX firsthand and see how it transforms operations. Demonstration locations include:
