YellowScan has announced its Mapper, Mapper+, and Surveyor Ultra LiDAR payloads are compatible with Gremsy’s industry standard mounting system.
This allows drone users with a Gremsy standard T3V3 female quick release to lift and power the YellowScan Mapper, Mapper+ or Surveyor Ultra systems without needing prior integration work.
“In collaboration with YellowScan, we developed a male mounting solution to adapt the YellowScan Mapper+ onto Gremsy T3V3 Quick Release system. With Gremsy’s quick release integration, the Mapper+ can be mounted on various UAVs utilizing Gremsy Damping V3 and Damping plate Pro 2.0. YellowScan Surveyor Ultra LiDAR system is suited for high-speed UAV (VTOL fixed-wing or helicopter) and long-range needs due to its high-density specifications. With the 360° Field of View of the Velodyne VLP-32 laser scanner, YellowScan Surveyor Ultra is matching vertical mapping and mobile mapping needs when combined with Fly&Drive.
