Greetings from sunny Queensland! As we close out the fourth week of 'The Great Australian HubX Roadshow', our team has been actively demonstrating the future of remote drone operations across the country. We are excited to provide you with a brief recap of our journey and achievements so far.
Week 1
In May, our team kicked off the roadshow from Sphere Drones HQ in Sydney and headed north to Newcastle to connect with the Fyfe team. From there, we continued to Byron Bay to connect with clients and then into Queensland where we showcased the capabilities of HubX and our deep drone-in-a-box integration in partnership with the Queensland University of Technology.
Week 2
Our journey took us further into the Sunshine State, where we presented at CSIRO's Data61 Robotics Showcase Day in Brisbane. We were honoured to present in front of the Minister for Industry and Science, The Honourable Ed Husic MP, and other notable guests.
Week 3
In collaboration with our partners Riegl Australia, we set up and tested a range of HubX configurations including Riegl's VZ-2000i scanner and DJI's Dock 2. After completing the tests, we packed up and headed to Mount Isa for the Australian Institution of Mine Surveyors conference where we showcased HubX and Flyability's Elios 3 to mining surveyors from across northern Queensland.
Week 4
To end the month, our team visited the Australian Institute of Marine Sciences to showcase HubX's capabilities. We also stopped by the BIG Kronosaurus Korner in Richmond, QLD, to snap a few photos of HubX and our team with the famous attraction. In the last week of June, our team travelled to Moranbah, QLD, to visit a couple of clients.
It's been a rewarding and insightful journey so far, connecting with the businesses all the way up the east coast of Australia. We would like to invite you to meet our team in person when we continue our journey north and westwards with HubX.
