Is the Horizon not level on your DJI Phantom 2 (with the Zenmuse H3-3E gimbal)?
Try the following
- Metal absorbing plate for the DJI Gimbal may be a bit bent - remove it and it may level up by bending it back into shape
- Try an advanced calibration (details found here)
- Check that the cable ties are not compressing the rubber balls too much
