Batteries
Lithium batteries are a sensitive topic when it comes to travelling, as a general rule of thumb you would ideally like to carry anywhere between 2-4 batteries however issues arrises when one single battery is greater that 100wH (to calculate - mAh x Volts = ??). All airlines legally have to advertise a dangerous goods page on their website, for example Qantas (link).

Drones
Dependant on the extent of the trip it is generally a good idea to have an adequate supply of perishables, on a drone these are propellers. Should you find yourself in trouble and require spare parts at short notice a simple google search of the country you are in and the drone you require parts for is the quickest way around short notice parts.
