- Does your drone footage bring you economic benefits of any kind?
- Do you intend on gaining economic benefits from your drone footage?
If you answered yes to any of these questions and don't have your UAV Controller Certificate you may not be a licensed pilot.
The UAV Controller Certificate is essentially the license required for commercial operators of UAV or RPA in Australia.
There is currently only 200 license holders in Australia.
